Adeption offers 50 scholarships for adaptive leadership program

By Business Leaders ReviewMay 2, 2025

Global leadership development provider, Adeption, is inviting leaders across all sectors to apply for one of 50 full scholarships for an adaptive leadership program—designed to equip leaders for a rapidly changing world.

Launching in September 2025, the Adaptive Leaders of Tomorrow program is a 3-month development journey built on Adeption’s best-practices used with leaders in Fortune 500 companies.

Adeption Co-founder and CEO Carl Sanders-Edwards says leaders at all levels of organizations are facing more complexity today. “Making fast decisions and taking action in uncertain, volatile conditions used to be the job of the C-Suite—now it’s reality for everyone. We’re hearing from organizations that their people urgently need new tools to navigate their way forward”.

“Our vision at Adeption is to make high quality leadership development vastly more accessible. This program is one way of reaching leaders we might not otherwise reach, across private, public and non-profit organizations, to equip them and their teams for the future”.

The Adaptive Leaders of Tomorrow program is designed to build adaptive leadership capabilities: a set of mindsets and behaviors needed to navigate complexity, uncertainty and disruption.

The development experience blends face-to-face workshops with Adeption’s AI-powered digital coaching platform and unique action-learning methodology that focuses on continuous experimentation and reflection.

“The best time to develop as a leader is when times are challenging. Adeption’s innovative approach makes development highly contextual to leaders’ challenges and priorities, giving them tools to exercise and practice leadership on the edge of certainty and comfort,” says Sanders-Edwards.

“It’s about bringing leadership development out of the training room and into the flow of work, so that it’s in service of moving through challenges and achieving real outcomes.

“Leaders will learn a meta skill they can use throughout their careers and lives, and share with their teams,” he says.

To apply for a scholarship to the program, leaders need a referral from their one-up manager. Managers can also nominate direct reports.

There are two cohorts to choose from: Team Managers/Leaders and Senior Leaders (C-Suite and executive-level leaders).
