Compuware Technology Honored as “Top Fastest Growing Company to Watch 2025” by The CEO Viewpoint Magazine

By Business Leaders ReviewSeptember 24, 2025

New Taipei City, September 23rd, 2025 – Compuware Technology Inc. (Compuware), a leading brand of high-efficiency power solutions, today announced it has been recognized as a “Top Fastest Growing Company to Watch 2025” by the prestigious The CEO Viewpoint Magazine. This recognition highlights Compuware’s critical role in leading the AI power revolution by delivering groundbreaking innovations for AI and high-performance computing (HPC) fields, and its ambition to bring these cutting-edge technologies to datacenters worldwide.

The award is a testament to Compuware’s pivotal role in leading the AI power revolution from behind the scenes. The magazine’s feature credits Compuware’s strategic vision, a culture of engineering excellence, and customer-centricity as the key drivers of its explosive growth. This success is powered by a world-first product portfolio that has become essential to the world’s most advanced data centers, consistently redefining industry standards for performance, energy efficiency, and operational excellence.

The innovations and product portfolio that earned Compuware this prestigious award include:

    • 54V+12V Hybrid Output PSU: As a pioneer in its field, Compuware launched the world’s first PSU capable of simultaneously delivering both 54V for GPUs and 12V for CPUs and other components. This groundbreaking technology eliminates the need for servers to use inefficient DC-to-DC conversion, a common practice in many AI servers, resulting in a significant simplification and streamlining of server design and architecture. Further demonstrating its leadership, the PSU provides a high power output of up to 6,600W, which is a critical requirement for power-hungry AI and GPU servers. By combining these unique features, Compuware is establishing a new industry benchmark for AI-centric servers and dense GPU clusters
    • Liquid-Cooled PSU: Addressing the escalating energy consumption and thermal management challenges of AI workloads and dense data center environments, liquid-cooling technology is a critical advancement. Compuware’s liquid-cooled PSUs, the world’s first and only with a 54V+12V dual output, can be easily deployed by leveraging the Cooled Distribution Unit (CDU) and manifold in servers or racks. As the founder and president of Compuware, Bill Liang, stated in the article, “Liquid cooling isn’t the future, it’s the present, and we are already there.” These PSUs offer unparalleled energy savings—up to 5 megawatts per server annually—and achieve ultra-quiet operation (less than 25dB, the library quiet level), significantly enhancing data center environmental quality.
    • Power Shelf and BBU Shelf Solutions: As an active participant in the Open Compute Project (OCP), Compuware provides high-efficiency, resilient rack-level power infrastructure. Its Power Shelf, capable of delivering up to 33kW, and the upcoming 33kW or 42kW Battery Backup Unit (BBU) Shelf are vital for ensuring uninterrupted performance and resilience in AI clusters. In addition to being OCP-compliant, Compuware’s power shelf and BBU shelf are specifically tailored for leading AI racks, including those from NVIDIA.

“We are deeply honored to be recognized by The CEO Viewpoint for our commitment to innovation and sustained growth,” said Bill Liang. “This award reflects the dedication of our entire team and validates our strategy of anticipating and delivering solutions for the evolving needs of the AI era. Our breakthroughs in hybrid power, liquid cooling, and modular rack-level systems are not just powering the future of AI; they are actively shaping it with sustainable, high-performance solutions that address the industry’s most critical challenges.”

Furthermore, Compuware’s success and high growth are bolstered by its unique customization and collaboration approach, tailoring solutions from board-level design to full rack deployment. “Building a close relationship with our customers and creating products that truly meet their needs are paramount to us,” said Bill Liang. “As a result, we are not just following the AI trend; we try to lead it.”

To support this rapid growth and expansion, Compuware has significantly invested in a new 24-acre manufacturing campus in Malaysia since 2023, enhancing global production capacity and supply chain resilience. The company also upholds a robust commitment to sustainability, boasting one of the highest numbers of 80 PLUS Titanium certified products in the industry, and achieving power efficiency rates of up to 97.5%.
