- Its planned merger with Check-Cap remains on track, pending final approvals.
MBody AI is expanding its service robotics operations across North America, growing its presence into eleven U.S. states and entering Canada as the company pushes to scale its enterprise robotics platform.
The expansion was announced by Check-Cap Ltd., the medical diagnostics company that is currently working toward a merger with MBody AI.
For MBody AI, the move marks another step in building what it calls an “autonomous workforce” powered by embodied AI.
“Reaching eleven states and entering Canada shows how the Orchestrator platform scales across new markets,” said John Fowler. He added that as more robots are deployed, the company is able to generate and analyze more operational data each day.
Orchestrator Platform Drives Multi-robot Operations
Founded in 2024 and based in Las Vegas, MBody AI is focused on enterprise service robots through its hardware-agnostic Orchestrator platform.
The system acts as a command layer for robotic fleets, helping businesses monitor operations, assign tasks, predict maintenance needs, and coordinate multiple robots at once.
The company says the platform turns real-time telemetry into operational insights, helping customers improve efficiency across large deployments.
MBody AI currently works with several major customers across hospitality, gaming, healthcare, commercial real estate, and data center environments.
Earlier this year, the company expanded an autonomous floor care deployment for a Fortune 500 hospitality and gaming operator across multiple U.S. properties.
“We deploy. We do the work. We add value,” Fowler said during that expansion, noting that customer growth has largely been driven by proven results on the ground rather than future projections.
Merger with Check-Cap Continues to Move Forward
The company’s planned merger with Check-Cap Ltd. remains on schedule.
Once completed, Check-Cap is expected to transition from a clinical-stage diagnostics company into a publicly traded robotics and embodied AI company.
David Lontini said MBody AI is becoming an important player for industries dealing with labor shortages and rising service demands.
Both companies have already secured shareholder approval for the transaction, while Nasdaq completed its initial listing review earlier this year.
The deal is now waiting on final regulatory approvals and standard closing conditions.
As service robotics adoption continues to grow across North America, MBody AI is positioning itself to scale alongside that demand.
